Germany stopover

We left Belgium early and travelled all day through the beautiful Luxembourg then Germany.

Our place to stay this evening is an all singing all dancing motorhome stopover with showers, toilets, electric hook up, water etc.... What a difference from the last two very basic sites!

We walked along part of the Danube river this evening, which is the second longest river in Europe.

Now in the van avoiding the mosquitoes!

Praia de Sao Torpes

We left Porta Nova this morning and visited the nearly Praia de Sao Torpes, a long sandy beach next to the oil refinery of Sines. But surprisingly beautiful! We managed to surf and stand up paddle board there. Later on we drove further south, stopping at Vila Nova de Milfontes briefly, before ending up at Camping Villa Park Zambujeira. We set up after dark and had pizza in the on site restaurant.

We left Tropicana on Friday and took the van to the garage in Torreblanca for the exhaust repair. It took a few hours longer than expected so we had plenty of time to explore the limited sights of Torreblanca Town! There were some interesting murals dotted around...
