Zadar sightseeing
The day after the thunder and lightening storm we visited Zadar. The weather was still a bit showery and thundery, which meant it was slightly cooler!
We entered the old town through the Land Gate and walked around the many historic buildings and roman ruins.
We visited the Sea Organ, which is an experimental musical instrument, which plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps.
We spent the next three days with the family in Nin, paddle boarding, swimming and having fun, before their flight back to England on 2nd August. We stopped for breakfast in a village just outside the airport, and were treated to an aerobatic display in the sky!
After our farewells, we returned to the campsite, packed up and moved on.
