Alvor, Algarve

We left Salema on Friday and visited a few places along the coast - firstly,  Praia da Boca do Rio, where a tsunami 500 years ago wiped out an entire village. The derelict building below is all that remains.

Next was a quaint fishing village called Burgau.

then Praia de Luz, which is where Madeleine McCann went missing from. That was a sad place.

We ended up in a town called Alvor and checked into Camping Alvor.
